how to squat to the grass
It's taken me around two years just to squat parallel, but in saying that I had a rod in my left femur which has be removed but from the result of my accident in 1985, my leg is 3/4" shorter than my right, if tried putting plates, platforms under my left foot to even myself out no change, as the difference is in the femur, unless I could get extra bone in my femur this is the other way I could see myself being even, I do have insteps in both shoes,
I stretch my hips outs a lot, do other exercises of course, lunges, hack squats, leg press, etc, but I usually do unilateral work, as it's works better for me otherwise my left leg will take all the work, I've actually built my left leg up and it's stronger than my good leg, right side, but one of my goals has always been to squat to he grass,
Any suggestions would be appreciated
