I would say starting off with postural assessment to see if there's any muscle dysfunction on the clients. If they have passed the exam, ask them what are their goals, followed by designing a program that specialised towards the client's request.
Also, remember to teach them how to stretch! Those who maintain a sedentary lifestyle tend to have tight muscles, and they need to be stretched so that they can achieve a fuller range of motion, faster recovery, and injury prevention.
