CLA and sperm quality

Hello, please information. Do CLA affects the sperm, by that I mean its quality and quantity? I currently have a diagnosis of less mobility and less $emen, and drink vitamins for improvement. I stopped taking the CLA because I do not know how it affects spermatogenesis. Thank you

If you're in the boar breeding business it may be relevant. The effect was actually positive.

Keep in mind that single studies that have not been replicated should be treated as interesting but not gospel.

In general, I don't take supplements. I prefer to get nutrition from whole foods. CLA for example is plentiful in pastured beef. Getting your training and diet right should always be your primary focus and then you can experiment with supplements. keep that reference I gave you. That's an excellent source for understanding the effects of supplements.

I can't imagine giving your sperm for lab testing, it's awkward.. lol

If you're having fertility issues, I would assume that you would overcome the icky part. I had to do it after my vasectomy.
