Well I'm pleased, my bench pressing seems to be progressing at quite a clip.
Had to cut my chest workout woefully short though, but benching took nigh on half an hour.

500 meter - 1:37.0
HR after - 176
...and nearly killed myself. But I'm really pleased. I think with a little training I can post some really good times rowing. I obviously benefit from being rather tall, and at this point rather strong. I'd like to get under 1:30 eventually.
