Starting out is always an issue. You have to phase in your exercise. Try doing light, short, full body workouts every day for about 2 weeks, gradually increasing the intensity and duration. That will allow your body to get used to the effort and you'll improve your recovery. After that, spread out your workouts. I wouldn't suggest you use split routines until you're sure that full body isn't working any more and that usually takes about 6 months.
