So last night when doing BB step-ups, I started feeling a bit of discomfort in my knee. Nothing major so I finished my sets.
Got home and notice my knee is "clicking". But no pain.
This morning and my knee is a bit stiff, is weak and a bit painful on extension (e.g. climbing steps). The pain is on the outside front, around the side of the knee cap.
At what point do I see a physio? Should I let it go a day or two and see if it gets better on it's own? I've never had a knee injury before and don't know how they generally turn out.
