A quick question about workout

It's approaching the 4 week mark for my last workout, and next week I plan on changing it, because of school I don't have as much time I would like to go to the gym, but here is the program I have so far, let me know what you think.

Tuesday:

Bench Press (3x8-12)
Chest dip (3x8-12)
Lever seated fly (3x8-12)
Dumbbell Upright row (3x8-12)
Chin-ups (3xmax)

Friday:

Deadlifts (3x8-12)
Leg Press (3x8-12)
Standing calf-raise (3x8-12)
Weighted crunch (3x8-12)
Weighted Oblique twist crunch (3x8-12)

Saturday:

Close-grip chin-up (3x8-12)
Close-grip pull down (3x8-12)
Dumbbell rows (3x8-12)
Tricep Pulldowns (3x8-12)
Peck Deck Fly (3x8-12)

How is this workout? I am most interested in building my chest right now seeing as it is severely lacking, and is my work-out sufficient for my anterior delts? Any other advice?
