I dusted off my stingray yesterday. I've decided to add Barbell Front Squats using the Stingray on my light leg day (the same day I do High Pulls).

That was an interesting read. It certainly seems more stable than just padding the bar with foam or a towel. Pretty confusing how most pictures were of the manta ray on the back squat though.

I also have a Manta Ray, but I haven't used it in years, since I prefer back squatting low-bar (with no padding).
